Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from ChewyPets Farm & Feeds Company Ltd ("Chewy Pet") or its sister company Candid Purrfect Pets Company Ltd, on this website, on WhatsApp or in store. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices and availability

• Prices are in Naira and are the prices shown at the time you order. VAT is added where it applies and shown before you pay.
• Stock shown on the website is live but can change quickly. If an item sells out before your payment arrives, we will tell you and either supply it when it is back or refund you, as you prefer.
• A quotation states its prices on the day it is issued.

Ordering and payment

• Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We confirm it on WhatsApp and, if you gave an email address, by email with your receipt.
• You can pay online by card, bank transfer or USSD on our payment provider's secure page, or by transfer to the one-time account number we give you for that order.
• Pay the exact amount shown. If you pay less, we will ask you to complete the balance; if you pay more, we will refund or credit the difference.

Delivery and collection

• Delivery areas, fees and usual times are shown on the website and confirmed in the chat. Times are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delay.
• Please check your order when it arrives. You may also collect from our store.

Problems with an order

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your receipt or invoice number and a photo. We will resolve it fairly and in line with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. This does not affect your rights under Nigerian law.

Feeding advice

Feeding guides and advice from our team or our assistant are general guidance. For a pet with a health condition, please ask a veterinarian.
